Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy:
- Return Eligibility: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Perishable items like fruits and bakery goods are non-returnable unless spoiled.
- Refund Process: Upon approval, refunds for online payments will be processed within 48 hours and credited to your account within 5-7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credits.
- Quality Assurance: We uphold a "Fresh or Free" policy. If you have quality concerns, raise them within 48 hours of receiving the product. Complaints after this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
